Is there a contract?

No. Every Eli plan is month-to-month — no annual commitment, no early-termination fee. You can cancel anytime and you're billed only for the month you're in.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on Eli. It's self-serve — you sign up on the website, connect the tools you already use, and Eli starts learning your business right away.

What's included in my plan?

Every plan includes Eli's core back-office capabilities — inbox triage, the follow-up engine, back-office prep, and customer memory. Phone coverage and voice features are part of the higher tier. (Final feature split pending the pricing reframe.)

How do I get started?
